Sto collaborando con Rosella Fraschini da più di un anno. Mi sono trovata subito bene perché è una persona che sa ascoltare, risolve richieste e problemi velocemente, ha iniziativa ed è intraprendente. I truly enjoyed working with Rosella when I relocated to EY Rome a few years ago. While Rosella’s title was administrative assistant, the title did not really describe her actual contributions to the team. Rosella not only stayed on top of our agendas and coordinated the planning of the various audit engagements, she also consistently took on additional responsibilities and did the impossible to facilitate the day-to-day job of the audit executives. Besides her impressive efficiency and sense of initiative, I also enjoyed her continued positivism and warmth at work.
